These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WealthOS, a product operated by WealthOSIntel ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using WealthOS at getwealthos.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
WealthOS is a web-based wealth tracking and portfolio intelligence platform. It allows users to manually track assets across multiple asset classes, view portfolio analytics, and access AI-powered insights. WealthOS is not a financial advisor, broker, or investment platform and does not provide financial advice.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
WealthOS offers Free, Pro, and Private subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (for customers outside the USA) or Paddle.com Inc (for customers in the USA), who acts as our Merchant of Record. This means Paddle is the entity that sells you the subscription, handles tax calculation, issues invoices, and processes refunds. You may contact Paddle directly for billing inquiries.
All purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. No conditions apply. See our Refund Policy for full details.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time outside the 14-day refund window.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into WealthOS. We do not sell, share, or monetize your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

WealthOS, including its design, code, branding, and content, is the intellectual property of WealthOSIntel. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal portfolio management.
WealthOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of market data, AI-generated insights, or portfolio calculations. WealthOS is not a financial advisor and nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WealthOSIntel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or investment losses.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the application. Continued use of WealthOS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WealthOSIntel is registered. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
