Refund Policy

14-Day Refund Policy

All purchases made through WealthOS are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. No conditions apply. If you request a refund within this period, you will receive a complete refund of the amount paid.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@getwealthos.app within 14 days of your purchase date. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Merchant of Record

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (for customers outside the USA) or Paddle.com Inc (for customers in the USA), our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, tax calculation, invoicing, and refund processing on our behalf.

All WealthOS subscriptions purchased through Paddle are covered by this 14-day refund policy. The refund window begins on the date of each payment.
